Shipping policy

Shipping charges will be paid by the customer at checkout, and we ship via UPS Ground.  

Once an order is shipped, we send the UPS tracking information to the customer, which can be tracked from the carrier’s website.

We only ship within the 48 Contiguous U.S. States and Washington, D.C., and do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, APO, and FPO.

Our normal shipping schedule is Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on weekends and holidays.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday - Friday are typically processed within 02-business days.

Please note that orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship the next business day. Also, note that per industry standards business days do not include weekends or holidays.
